Hello, Is it possible to convert an existing Cursor to a sequence or list of objects? I need to get data from a content provider and have not found a nice way to generate objects from the cursor. If not, any pointers to what I should be using?

Thought it might be worth asking since Room generates a lot of this object creation already (at least for my understanding)
