Hello people! Congratulations on the 1.0 release

I went ahead and tried it out + added ktlint formatting and my own rules as top level as described here <https://github.com/arturbosch/detekt/issues/1295#issuecomment-516015993> I tested out having detekt + ktlint issues in different modules of my project which works great and groups them properly in one report as expected but for another project I need to also have a centralized baseline
