If I run `./gradlew detektCheck`, modify my detekt...

If I run ./gradlew detektCheck, modify my detekt.yml, and then ./gradlew detektCheck again, detekt doesn't seem to actually run the second time. Amazingly, even a clean doesn't seem to "reset" it.
