How does detekt handle breaking changes on the plugin? Particularly talking about this change: https://github.com/arturbosch/detekt/commit/cedf537b7e1717b4c3088b48f793698bfa78989e#r28245594

Ideally the api shouldn’t change much. Especially with minor version changes. But this change was also not mentioned in the release notes.
