As reported [here](https://github.com/arturbosch/sonar-kotlin/issues/49) what do you guys thing about class SomeClassWithDefault(val defaultValue: Int = 10) being flagged as MagicNumber ... If I remember correctly we discussed the enum entry case and introduced a config property
