I've just made a feature matrix documentation generator for kmath: https://github.com/mipt-npm/kmath/blob/ceb03245f14c28bc74813812dc09ae3549bc06d7/build.gradle.kts#L28-L100. It is possible to do the same without external json and publish it as a plugin. Let me know if someone wants such a plugin.
