The problem is that the version selector and such was developed and included into the docs after 0.9.0 was released (being each version a frozen snapshot of the code, that includes the docs up to that point in time), and that's the version being shown at the https://arrow-kt.io at the moment.
When a new version gets released, what it can be found in https://next.arrow-kt.io will be the new https://arrow-kt.io
