I still can't get kapt to work in an MPP project (even just on JVM). I might have to replace all the @extension with manual boilerplate. Is that a problem for you guys? What about if we moved some of the Gen instances to an arrow module, but kept the Gen : GenOf in KT so anyone can take advantage of Kind'ed Gens
