What's really old @Casey Brooks? We still have sdk 16 around in our customer base. It's just a headache to start configuring things for 1.8, especially with old robolectric deps around.

That said, it is reasonable, but if it's not necessary, why make that move? It just forces users to update test modules that don't need touching otherwise.
