I haven't implemented beforeGroup and afterGroup because, TBH, I haven't needed them. Lazy globals work fine for almost everything that you want beforeAll, and JUnit 5 @AfterAll still works, and is convenient if you define your tests in an object (just remember to @JVMStatic)
