:microscope: After a lot of bug-fixing and compiler-breaking, first dev release of kmath 0.2.0 series is out: <https://github.com/mipt-npm/kmath/releases/tag/v0.2.0-dev-2>. We have to use EAP compiler due to some bugs in 1.4. But, now we moved to JS-IR and started to gradually add native support. `0.2` breaks backward compatibility for JS due to migration to IR. We also started marking different modules with different maturity markers. As always, many thanks to <@UGB1USA2J>. A lot of work to be done still, so contributors and co-maintainers are welcome.
