There is an ongoing discussion going here: <https://github.com/mipt-npm/kmath/issues/78> about whether to introduce operations on `MemoryMappedBuffer`. I think that we should avoid using large in-memory data blocks and develop good asynchronous API for streaming processing instead. This is the strong point of Kotlin compared to Python. But some input is needed here. Does someone knows a case, when one really needs random access to huge data block?
