@dalexander I looked up what PCA is, and I am not sure it should go into either kmath or kotlin-statistics as they are, because it is a different thing, but we should form a single ecosystem and use the same style and same libraries in order to make it simpler for users. I am thinking about some kind of general scientific community with common set of tools.
