I am going to get back to kmath in a week or so. We are going for 0.2 and you are welcome to post some feature request to define priorities. Current plan is to refactor linear algebra, signal processing and to work on documentation. Also I plan to work further on non-boxing arrays and memory-like structure, but this work is done under the hood and does not affect API and feature set. Feature requests are welcome.
