A draft of proposal for streaming processing (I was hard pressed by @Zelenyi to think on it): https://github.com/altavir/KEEP-math/blob/master/features/processors.md It could also be used for statistics. I simple case it requires single consumer, which consumes the stream and calculates statistical values on-demand.
