JNI tremendously complicates build and deployment. It is not my task to make kotlin faster than BLAS. I want to create API and reasonable multiplatform implenentation. Than use existing libraries for back-ends. In performance critical places. In some cases back-end not needed. For example, for nd-structure operations my implementation is already very fast. We can add Viktor as a back-end later.
