Another announcement here. We finished the process of creating an official laboratory at MIPT. It is called Nuclear Physics Methods laboratory and it officially has kotlin library development on its agenda (for next two years at least). We are going to hire 1-2 students and one researcher for that work so if there any guys from Russia who want the work, please contact me. Current primary goals are kmath and data and event display library (with kotlin-js front) for NICA collaboration (<http://nica.jinr.ru/>) and other high energy physics mega-projects.
