Some of you asked for this change: *Arrow Meta* `1.4.10-SNAPSHOT` is already available (use of *Kotlin 1.4.10*)  :tada:

We'll continue reviewing the next `1.4.x` versions (DEV and EAP as well) to follow the evolution of the `ir` because we disabled <https://github.com/arrow-kt/arrow-meta/issues/554#issuecomment-696260273|a pair of features> to progress with this step

Examples in <https://github.com/arrow-kt/arrow-meta-examples/|arrow-meta-examples> were updated as well
