Is there a way to configure the Scaffold (Material3) to adjust the bottom inner padding be absorbed by the inset IME padding?

I notice that when the IME is open the bottom bar stay hidden behind the IME (perfect!)

The issue is that the Scaffold keeps reporting the bottom bar height in its inner padding
