Is it worth asking for things like `private val ScrollableTabRowMinimumTabWidth = 90.dp` (<https://cs.android.com/androidx/platform/frameworks/support/+/androidx-main:compose/material/material/src/commonMain/kotlin/androidx/compose/material/TabRow.kt;l=503;drc=c69981aa597317fd904d80df6c7fa720668ea05c|here>) to be made configurable in the material library? I'm thinking maybe they'll just reject it along the lines of "that's how material design should be".
