The changes introduced by dev08 are quite impressive especially the conversion of modifiers to fluent API that supports method chaining and also conversion of gesture detectors into modifiers. Finally I got rid of the custom rotate modifier to use drawLayer rotate properties and TransformOrigin for pivot points.
