As for the moment.js I'll wait until the evening. I hope they release a fix for https://github.com/moment/moment/issues/5489 really fast (with jQuery team it's the third week passing ...). If not, I have plan for a workaround ;]. I'll just fork chart.js and bootstrap-datetime, downgrade the dependency and release 3.7.3 with this temporary fix.
