I really think developer should focus on features and not the tools. I've seen some kotlin-react apps and I know its working for some use cases, but when I think I would need to create an app with some external js components (e.g. a rich text editor - trix, mce or ckeditor, or something like tabulator) it would probably be horrible experience.
