There seem to be two plugins in the project:

refreshVersions

and

dependencies

. The README uses

dependencies

and sample-kotlin use

dependencies

, but the sample-android uses

refreshVersions

. The README doesn’t mention anything about the

refreshVersions

plugin. When should each one be used?
