after revisiting my StringSpec/WordSpec problem from yesterday I now think that StringSpec is just a subset of WordSpec, and it does not enforce the subset, you can also use WordSpec syntax with it. so maybe the easiest solution would be to just deprecate StringSpec, and people can just replace it with WordSpec?
