So, just to recap, I want to make sure I'm on track:

1. Tree transforms for desugaring at the CLI level (what I've been experimenting with so far above).
2. idea-plugin gets modified with the above. Once installed in idea, that'll cover the invalid syntax in idea. This is the analysis phase? I'm guessing this is where I'd focus on that?
