@corneil Depending on the timescale of your project; one option might be to wait. Full Material Compose for Web is currently being worked on - apparently by Google and JetBrains together. It'd be a gamble as there's no guarantee when, or even if it will become ready, being a PoC, but these folk do have a good track record; especially when they put their heads together on something 🙂
