A bunch of simple changes from me today, not really aiming at getting much new tests passing, but still got +24 :) <https://github.com/krzema12/kotlin-python/pull/31|https://github.com/krzema12/kotlin-python/pull/31> the goal was to reduce the number of IR items with no translation whatsoever. If I see one, I'm always wondering how easy it would be to get some part fully working, and now we'll see at least a first iteration of it.
