If you submit a project while including one of the necessary licenses, would you still be able to continue developing your project later for commercial use without the obligation to keep it open source?

The project would need to stay under the open source licenses till at least 3 months after KotlinConf, basically till the end of summer 2024. As we will be featuring the winning projects on our resources (JetBrains and Google).
