What if we submit a talk but it is rejected? Will we be able to still buy a ticket even if there are no more?

If there’s no availability, then no, you can't buy the ticket. But hopefully there will still be tickets on sale. Or, the other option is that you can buy the ticket, and if the talk is accepted then you can get a refund

If I understood properly, I can buy a ticket and get reimbursed if my talk is accepted?
