Hi friends Is there a project template/wizard for creating just Kotlin/JS projects? I cannot see anything like that in the latest versions of IntelliJ IDEA anymore

Kotlin/JS plugin is now deprecated. You should use Kotlin/Multiplatform project with just a JS target.
