When I open project or create a new one it does not reload automatically - I have to manually run Reload All External Projects action. It there any way to make this actio automatic after opening the project?

Just open any new project. e.g.
New -> From Version control -> [e-mail]:LemonAppDev/konsist.git

The issue is reproduced - KTIJ-27348.
With default IDE settings the issue is not reproduced for me.

Any idea which part of the config may be is causing this? Is this a particular option or "broken" config file?
