Kotlin 1.9.21 is available. When (if at all) can we expect KSP 1.9.21-1.0.13 to be released? Or new version with fixed https://github.com/google/ksp/issues/1591 ?

It's a holiday in the US and 1.9.21 has only been available a couple hours, give it some patience 🙂

In the meantime, why 1.0.13 vs 1.0.14 (or the upcoming 1.0.15)?

1.0.14 is broken on non-jvm targets (see #1591)

I would expect a 1.0.15 bugfix release then, rather than a 1.0.13 re-release
