Hello friends, I am a beginner Android developer and I have not worked on a big project.  Please recommend any tutorial for medium difficulty app :pray:

There is no "small" project. You can scale any project and add as many features and increase its complexity. You might not also find tutorials for such projects. What you can do is find some repositories on Github and try to go through them.
NowInAndroid is one such project where there are lots of concepts you would be using in a big project.
