Ok, I think there *is* something off in the plugin *and* in ktlint.
With `ktlint_code_style = ktlint_official` and `ktlint_experimental = enabled`, the CLI complains about `Foo2` and `Foo6` as expected.
But with `ktlint_code_style = intellij_idea` and `ktlint_experimental = enabled`, the CLI does not complain about anything.
And the plugin in both cases just changes `Foo3`.

Ah, ok, this is probably again because no max line length is set, and that the IDE behaves differently is most probably due to the caching issue I reported.
