Decompose 3.0.0-alpha02 is released!

- Support WebHistoryController on wasmJs by using serialization
- Updated Essenty to 2.0.0-alpha02 (reduces the size of the saved state)

Yes, it's experimental with Error level.

Binary compatibility is concerned, because Essenty is widely used as a transitive dependency.
