Why doesn't IntelliJ offer content assist for all the available labels ? Maybe with documentation with example message, to help searches, Why doesn't IntelliJ offer suggestion, from compiler output for an appropriate label ? All IntellIJ appears to know is, when the correct MAGIC_LABEL_HERE is provided, is how to modify the GUI interface to feedback the concern.
