JetBrains published the compose multiplatform compiler version 1.5.7 for Kotlin 1.9.22 a few hours ago:
https://maven.pkg.jetbrains.space/public/p/compose/dev/org/jetbrains/compose/compiler/compiler/1.5.7/
But I don't know if (and how well) the multiplaform compose compiler would work in android only projects.
(That's currently only on the the Jetbrains Maven, not yet on Maven Central.)

Ah, now it is. It wasn't on https://repo1.maven.org/maven2/org/jetbrains/compose/compiler/compiler/ when I checked earlier.
(I still don't see it listed there, propably still seeing a cached state of it.)
But you're correct, it should now be available from maven central -> https://repo1.maven.org/maven2/org/jetbrains/compose/compiler/compiler/1.5.7/

Yeah the index pages get cached for a few hours when they're loaded so if you check too soon it won't show for a while

It's also safe to use for Android as it's generally just a better version of Google's copy with fixes for js and native
