What auth solution do you suggest I use for my web app that I've written with Fritz2?

I don't think there's anything specific to fritz2. But you should be able to integrate existing libraries for this.

We use an in hours oauth API with some custom components. Nothing fancy.

If not sure, auth0 is probably a good solution.
