I'm going to ask a probably really dumb question. Whats the expected behavior of the iOS simulator in intellij/studio? I see references online to people mentioning running a simulator and building the iOS target for multiplat right from intelliJ, but I've never seen that as an option, I've always had to separately launch xcode and build. Am I missing something or is that the current expected behavior?
a
Do you not have an iOS app target?
g
Oh I see thats an android studio specific plugin. I've been using IntelliJ for the new ui
a
AS has the new UI too
g
that makes more sense, odd it's studio specific though.
a
I usually use IJ too, wish it was ported
For now, it’s Studio only
g
Any reason you use intelliJ over studio? I've been doing it just for the better UI but if AS has that too, then I'm not sure what features intelliJ would have that studio doesn't (in the compose space)
a
More tooling support 🙂

Thats fair. I'm excited to see Fleet eventually hit stable multiplat support, looks like it might be a better long term solution.
a
Fleet still has a long way to go, but I’m optimistic
