Hi,
does anyone have a problem with Android Studio that every time you open a project it starts a gradle sync? It didn’t happen before and I don’t know if it has to do with the modification of using versions.toml or if it’s due to the new version of Android studio.

yes, our projecti s very large and seeing double sync times vs gradle reported sync in the console. differnce of 4 mins to 8 mins waiting :lol:

so when reopening project , it is quite cumbersome

I’ve always found AS does a gradle sync when you open a project. Maybe it is just more noticeable for larger projects?
