Are there branches/tags in compose-multiplatform-core for the dev releases that compose-multiplatform use?

Unfortunately, no. We'll fix that.
The commit can be deduced by using the build date and time. Usually the builds happen at night, so the commit is usually the last one on the previous day.

Yes. Dev builds are from jb-main
