Just out of curiosity, may I ask what was the rationality behind of the development of the CIO engine?
All platforms have their robust client and server implementations (as I know), and it must have been a lot of work to develop (document, test) it.
Is there a use-case I don't know about?

P.s.: just to be clear, I'm just curious, not against the CIO engine 🙂
I even use it for WebSocket client connections because all other JVM engines seem to have a blocking issue...
