I just released <https://github.com/ashampoo/kim|Kim v0.10>, which got read support for AVIF & uncompressed JPEG XL added!

This tool now also supports a file structure / HEX view for all available formats. This gives a interesting insight into how the different image formats are structured.

Unfortunately there isn't a KMP wrapper/implementation for brotli yet.
This is why JPEG XL support is limited to uncompressed files for now.
