Similar to Javax Generated annotation, it should be interesting to have a standard Generated annotation that works in KMP. It can be used by multiple libs/frameworks like Dagger, instead of creating its own annotations.

For example, it would be simpler to configure Kover by ignoring that annotation instead of adding all Generated annotations of each lib/framework.
