I think this will be one of the first steps of making androidx navigation multiplatform

Decompose might migrate to AndroidX Lifecycle, as it should become multiplatform soon as well. But I have doubts about ViewModel. I'm really happy with the `StateKeeper`/`InstanceKeeper` APIs.

The thing is that we would also need to migrate to SavedStateHandle, but I really dislike the API.
