Does someone have experience with pkl? https://pkl-lang.org/index.html it seems interesting to improve our configuration as a yaml alternative
e
No experience with it, but I found out about it yesterday and it seems pretty cool.

I am working at Apple and have been having quite a lot of fun with PKL recently.
I saw somewhere someones created an unofficial community on discord
for me PKL had a bit of a learning curve (it's not, in my opinion "just another yaml") - but it's really quite once once you get your head around it.
there's an example here on how to convert yaml to PCF

Do you mean to use as a customer or to define the templates?
t
mainly in creating the templates

OK, that's something we could handle. The imparable part is that it should be easy for our users. They know yaml, our art least we can assume that. For sure they will not know pkl. So there the usage should be really easy

I'd definitely recommend studying some of the more complex templates out there.
for me the primary advantage for end users is the help you get in the IDE
