IntelliJ has the ability to do remote development. i.e. your code is stored and compiled on a remote machine. Has anyone used this for Android development? I'm curious if the emulator or anything else works with it.

if you would refer to the Cloud Dev Environment in Jetbrains Space;
Then no. It’s mostly for backend development. And not for Android app development.
