Uber is hiring a Sr Staff engineer (Sr Manager level equivalent) in our developer productivity org. Our Sr Staff engineers are very senior IC leaders who work across the org. A big focus of this person to start will be additional leadership in many of our Generative AI devprod initiatives across the SDLC, from build, ide, test, review, and observability. Our org has many projects including several kotlin and mobile projects, as well as many other Go/java/JS related projects that this person will touch. This is on-site in NYC/SF bay area/Seattle with a hybrid office/wfh setup.
