I have a question, when will a release compatible with compose multiplatform 1.6.0-beta01 versions be available?

The next 3.x alpha release will be on top of Compose 1.6.0-RC2. Thought it shouldn't affect you even now. You should be able to update Compose on your own.

Okay, I assume it has nothing to do with decompose, but some other library maybe

It's probably something else, either related to some other library like moko-resources or similar, it actually works on 🤖 but 🍎 is causing issues with linkDebugFrameworkIosArm64 so I doubt it is anything to do with decompose
